My way of working

I work mainly biodynamically (Biodynamic Craniosaral Therapy). Sometimes, when I find the biomechanical way of working useful, I give stronger impulses manually. I have very good experiences with this way of working.

Through the biodynamic method, the nervous system usually calms down relatively quickly and an overall regulation of the client's organism begins. The system (body, soul and spirit) strives for the greatest possible balance. Such a balance is perceived as very pleasant and clients often experience deep stillness or peace in this state. Now the life forces flow through the body and the energetic field better again. And the fine impulses that I as a therapist offer to the organism (local as well as systemic) can be well received and lead to significant improvements in health.

I work locally, e.g. where a client suffers from pain, as well as systemically, i.e. with the whole organism.

Further, it is important for me to mention that I have helpful tools for dealing with shock and trauma. Shock and trauma are stored in the nervous system and other tissues. Because I work close to the nervous system as a craniosacral therapist, traumatic memories or frightening feelings may surface during treatment. Slowing down these processes, noticing the feelings and also one's own resources, help in processing the trauma energy and integrating memory fragments. I also use Integral Somatic Psychology according to Raja Selvam for this purpose.

I experience again and again that after a treatment in which frightening or confusing feelings or memories emerged and could be processed, clients feel much better afterwards. As a result, complaints often decrease significantly or dissolve completely.
