Osteopathie Aadorf (Aadorf)

Classically, osteopathy is divided into three main areas:

Parietal osteopathy: treatment of the muscles, joints, fasciae, ligaments, bones, tendons Visceral osteopathy: treatment of the internal organs, their suspension systems and the supplying vessels Craniosacral osteopathy: treatment of the skull, the spine, the sacrum and the cerebral/spinal medulla. After the causes of the complaints have been found, they are eliminated with appropriate treatment techniques. Here osteopathy offers a wide range of different, gentle and appropriate techniques that can be applied to all types of complaints and at any age.

Osteopathic treatment normalizes the supply (neural, arterial, venous, lymphatic). Thus the self-healing power can be activated and promoted. This leads to the relief of the complaints.

I am also happy to give you supportive tips on exercise with stretching and strengthening exercises, on ergonomics or nutrition. Kinesiology taping has also proven its worth in the context of osteopathy. Sometimes it can also be useful to perform further medical examinations or to complement osteopathy with other therapies.
