Welcome to my practice for craniosacral therapy and supervision.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle bodywork, in which the inherent ability of the body to regulate itself is activated and supported through mindful touch. The respectful approach to the human organism enables relaxation and coming to rest on physical, psychological and emotional levels. The clients lie clothed and comfortably positioned on the treatment couch. If necessary, the therapist guides the treatment process with words or work is done in silence. Since craniosacral therapy is extremely gentle and non-invasive, it is **particularly suitable for working with pregnant women, babies and children.

Since we humans have physical, mental and spiritual parts, an accompaniment with craniosacral therapy can also show a supporting effect in life crises, reorientation, transitions into new phases of life or other stressful life situations.

A selection of indications for adults:

Pain conditions, digestive irregularities, whiplash, convalescence after operations and accidents, sleep problems, accompaniment of dental procedures, strengthening of the immune system (e.g. with skin problems, infections, allergies), tracing and strengthening of resources and more.

Accompanying pregnant women, providing information about the meaning of birth and bonding issues, integrating the birth experience for mother/parents and child, issues around the baby (e.g. crying, digestive problems, sleeping problems, torticollis, cranial asymmetries). School child: learning difficulties, accompaniment of dental and jaw treatments, support after accidents and operations.
