I would like to introduce you to my practice, where I offer Shiatsu and Cranio Sacral Therapy for babies, children, and adults.

Shiatsu is a Japanese massage technique that involves gentle pressure and stretches along the body's meridians, the energy pathways. In addition to Shiatsu, I also offer Cranio Sacral Therapy. This gentle manual therapy focuses on the skull (cranium) and the sacrum (the triangular bone at the base of the spine), as well as the spine and the nervous system in between. Through gentle touches and specific techniques, blockages can be released, and the body's self-regulation and self-healing can be stimulated. Cranio Sacral Therapy can help with various issues such as headaches, back pain, stress, or sleep disorders.

In my practice, I prioritize creating a relaxed and trusting atmosphere. Each treatment is tailored to the individual needs and desires of the patient. I take the time for a thorough conversation to understand the causes of the complaints and offer a suitable treatment.
