Bence François (Lausanne)

Originally from the south of France, François Bence studied osteopathy in France and then in England. He obtained his diploma in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in Maidstone in 2005, and initially settled in England, working in various practices in Kent and London. In this way, he developed different approaches to treatment and gained considerable experience in sports osteopathy. He persevered in this direction to obtain his certificate in Sports Osteopathy from the University of Montpellier in 2009. This has enabled him to work with amateur and professional athletes (footballers, marathon runners, triathletes and many others) to help them in their daily practice. At the same time, eager to share his clinical experience and knowledge, François has been involved in the educational world through ESO's international department, and has been teaching abroad regularly since 2012. He has also been a lecturer at the Haute Ecole de Santé (HEdS) Ostéopathie de Fribourg since 2015. Based in Switzerland since 2013, François worked in Fribourg before moving his practice to Lausanne.

APPROACH: due to his generalist training, François Bence works with different osteopathic approaches (structural, functional, visceral and cranial) adapting to each patient and their complaint in order to have a holistic approach to health. He can often complement his treatment with postural and nutritional advice to potentiate the effects of the session.
