How did I become a body therapist?

Since my early childhood I love to dance and use my body as an instrument. To transform music into movement and express myself. I trained as a professional dancer, taught ballet to children and teenagers and danced in a company.

Working with the body has therefore been deeply familiar to me since my childhood. In my training as a Shiatsu therapist I learned how the body is also an instrument to express feelings and moods - sometimes only on a non-visible level, which can be felt through the meridians. I was fascinated to learn how the inner balance of the body-human system can be brought back into harmony through the touch of the meridians.

Many further trainings in Shiatsu, TCM, Homeopathy, Anatomy and Cranio-Sacral-Therapy followed and let me dive deeper and deeper into the understanding of our body and our psyche and the connection between health and illness, which is always connected to an imbalance in our system. In the training for Biodynamic Cranio-Sacral-Therapy I learned how traumas anchor themselves in our system and affect our life - but also how we can find a way to deal with them and free these energies from the system again.
