I am an experienced certified craniosacral therapist. The spacious, bright rooms of the Cranio Center are located very centrally in Horgen, directly at the bus stop Dorfgasse and only 7 minutes walk from the train station. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
In order to be able to offer the best possible treatment, I regularly attend further training courses. I am a member of the professional association Cranio-Suisse and recognized by most health insurance companies (additional insurance).

Craniosacral therapy helpful and supportive with:

Various muscle tests are used to determine which control circuits no longer function properly.

Then, via muscles, reflex points and reflex zones, acupuncture points, bones and other "trigger points", the brain/nervous system is enabled to process stimuli normally again.

This is a very efficient therapy method to rebalance the body statics with profound consequences also for the hormonal and nervous system. Misregulations are eliminated, normal body functions are optimized, the body regains its ability to compensate and energy is used efficiently again.
