Whenever possible, the osteopath corrects the cause of the disorders/symptoms and, in doing so, palpates especially the eyelids for significant loss of movement in the corresponding area. By restoring mobility, the osteopath stimulates the body's self-healing abilities.

Mobility is corrected on 3 levels:

Parietal system The locomotor system, with bones, muscles, and connective tissue

Visceral system The internal organs, such as the liver, intestines, uterus, bladder, etc.

Craniosacral system The cranium (skull) and the nervous system
