Welcome to the Osteopathie Goeman practice in Stäfa and Rüti. Everything that carries life energy flows, moves or vibrates. Osteopathy deals with the known movements of joints and muscles as well as with the subtle rhythmic and unconscious movements of body parts, body systems and organs. All these physical structures and tissues have their own rhythm.

In osteopathy, one tries to feel the fine patterns of movement, to mobilize the rhythms correctly, to bring them into harmony and thus to stimulate the self-healing powers of the organism and the soul. Blockages or disturbed movements harm the body and make it sick.

When blockages are released, the body's energy is increased, and as a result, life energy, vitality and zest for life are enhanced.
