Atlaslogy: Atlaslogy is a gentle holistic method, which has the effect that by swinging the atlas (1st cervical vertebra) back into its central position, the spine and pelvis are brought into the best possible statics without manipulation and any pelvic obliquity is eliminated. As a result, the joints are optimally loaded and distorted or tense muscles can readjust or relax. The free flow of nerve impulses from and to the body cells is possible again. The constant regeneration of all organs or the entire body is thus optimally supported.

Medical massage: Classic massage, special back massage, deep tissue massage, key zone massage (according to Dr. Marnitz), trigger point therapy (only in combination with other treatments), connective tissue massage (subcutaneous reflex therapy), myofascial release, nerve mobilization.

Foot reflex: The whole human body can be reflex mapped to the feet. By stimulating the corresponding zones, diseases of the organs and complaints with the musculoskeletal system are positively influenced. Blockages are thus dissolved, the self-regulation of the body is enabled.

Therapy: Is a holistic method of treatment, which works through the sensitive therapy of the connective tissue structure (fascia) of the body. Tension patterns and movement restrictions are sensed through a special kind of "listening in" and dissolved again through gentle techniques. The following treatment areas are distinguished, which influence each other.

Acupressure: Acupressure originates from Far Eastern medicine. Each meridian is assigned to a certain organ function (e.g. kidney, spleen, liver, etc.). TCM explains all imaginable diseases by a stagnation in the flow of Qi (= life energy). According to these ideas, acupressure can reactivate the Qi by means of targeted finger pressure massage at certain points along the meridians and thus eliminate the causes of illness.

Reiki: Through Reiki, body and soul come into balance, because Reiki works on all levels. Reiki promotes self-healing, dissolves blockages and balances the chakras.
