Training

Full-time osteopathic studies at the Ecole Suisse d'Ostéopathie in Lausanne (1997-2003). Graduation as a certified osteopath (D.O.).

Member of the Swiss Register of Osteopaths (SRO) until the end of 2006. This professional association merged with other professional associations at the beginning of 2007 to form the Swiss Association of Osteopaths, of which I have been a member since 2007.

Career

Until summer 2005 work in a group practice in Winterthur. Since autumn 2005 working in my own practice in Basel. Since 2005 work in osteopathic further education as translator (French-German) and assistant. From autumn 2007 working as assistant and teacher in the basic training for osteopathy in Mainz (Germany) for blind and visually impaired physiotherapists. From October 2010 joint practice with Carine Rohner Heuss, certified osteopath and member of the Swiss Association of Osteopaths. Further education

Various continuing education courses in visceral, craniosacral aspects of osteopathy, functional anatomy, emergency medicine (adults and children) and biochemistry. Pediatric course series 2005-2006: Osteopathy in children. Various shorter continuing education courses in the field of osteopathy in children. Four-year continuing education: "Biomechanical, biokinetic and biodynamic aspects in osteopathic science". Graduation in autumn 2008.
