Welcome to my practice for moving health. With my work I would like to help you achieve improved and pain-free mobility. This leads to a joyful body feeling and helps you to have more zest for life. My motivation is to discover together with you fun, understanding, curiosity and joy in your own body.

As an experienced physiotherapist with various advanced trainings, as a complementary therapist with the method Craniosacral Therapy, as a specialist of Spiraldynamik®, Watershiatsu therapist and Fascial Fitness Master Trainer, I offer you a competent and customized consultation. Your goal will be aimed at, at best achieved and you will feel understood.

Life is moving. When things are not going so well, we need a little more attention and strength to persevere through this time of regeneration and change. The important thing is that our lives and bodies continue to move and thus regain momentum.

I look forward to working with you, discovering joy in movement and body awareness, supporting and strengthening your regeneration.

I was born in Canada in 1973 and grew up in Bern. From 1993 to 1997 I trained as a physiotherapist in Leukerbad, Valais. My great interest in body, movement, dance and therapy moved me to do various trainings and further education in body and process work. After an 11 month trip around the world and working in Samoa, I came back to Bern in 2000 and to Zurich in 2001, where I have been working and living with my family ever since.

I am happy to be able to pass on my knowledge and also to move other people with joy. The joy of sharing moves me.

In order to keep up to date therapeutically and manually, I regularly attend specialized further education courses and meet with therapists several times a year in practice groups and for supervision.

I am EMR, ASCA, EGK and Visana approved for Craniosacral Therapy. Physiotherapy is covered by the basic insurance.
