Osteopathy is a holistic method of treatment that activates the body's self-healing powers. Osteopathy is based on the assumption that all human systems are interconnected and influence each other.

Osteopathy is divided into three main areas: (musculoskeletal system, connective tissue) Visceral (abdominal organs). Craniosacral (skull, spinal fluid, sensory organs, meninges, sacrum) Manual techniques are used to balance tension in and between the systems, thus activating the self-healing powers.
