It is administered in 3 phases. The medical history is the first phase of the consultation. This involves a thorough questioning of the reason for the consultation (where? when? how?), your personal and family history, the functioning of your various systems (osteoarticular, digestive, urinary...) and your lifestyle habits.

Phase 2 comprises the clinical examination (medical and osteopathic), during which the osteopath, after observation, carries out basic medical tests and osteopathic mobility tests of the various body structures, if necessary.

The osteopath then draws up a summary which enables him to establish his diagnosis and determine his course of treatment in the case of care, or to refer the patient to the appropriate medical personnel in the case of delegation.
