Craniosacral therapy is a gentle form of body therapy - a a mindful way to clarification, healing and more vitality.

In Harmonic Massage (for babies, children and adults) I work in my intuitive way & expression with a combination of Craniosacral Therapy and Massage.

Attentive and sensitive conversations form the framework of the encounter. Through gentle hand contacts I sense movements, rhythms and stories of the body. In clear presence, disturbances and the appropriate, body's own healing plan can be revealed. Your body system shows what is needed and possible at the moment.

Intuition, space, silence and attentive attention enable the body system to mobilize its own forces and return to original, healthy forms. The energy and connection regained in this way strengthens and brings power and joy of life.
