SPORTPRAX Therapie und Trainingsberatung, Maya Feierabend (Illnau)

In my therapies and trainings I always look at the person holistically. The course of treatment is thus put together individually and personally for the respective client. In this way, I can optimally support my clients on the way to their goal.

My training as a sports therapist (including classical massage, sports massage, injuries) and my further training as a visceral therapist (sub-area of osteopathy), as a therapist in Myofascial Release and as a manual therapist form the basis of my treatments today.

In my continuous development as a therapist, my interest in fascia has crystallized more and more. My current 3-year training as a therapist in structural integration (according to Ida Rolf) with a federal degree gives me many new perspectives in therapy work. The possibility of treating complaints by optimizing posture fascinates and motivates me enormously. This requires a precise analysis of posture and mobility.

Ambitiously I accompany my clients on the way to their personal goal. I also support interested athletes as well as sports institutions on their way.
