During the first visit, we take a detailed medical history and perform a careful manual examination of the entire body. Any medical contra-indications (such as acute inflammation, fresh bone fractures, etc.) are excluded.

Subsequently, the osteopathic dysfunctions identified are resolved manually using various, usually gentle, treatment techniques. Osteopaths work in three different treatment areas: parietal, visceral or cranio-sacral.

After treatment, the body tries to find a new balance with the newly gained mobility. You may notice a sore muscle-like feeling shortly after the treatment, which often disappears quickly, making way for a significant relief of discomfort.
