A consultation lasts an average of 45 minutes and includes the following:

History A systemic analysis to find the origins of the reason for consultation. Osteopathic diagnosis This guides us on the therapeutic approach to be used, or leads us to a diagnosis excluding osteopathy, thus redirecting the patient to a specialist. Treatment Therapeutic techniques will be optimally chosen according to the patient and his/her complaints, treating the individual as a whole. At the end of the session The patient receives appropriate advice to optimize treatment, in the form of home exercise, ergonomics or nutritional advice.

Useful information The tariff applied is that of tariff 590 (equivalent to Tarmed items for supplementary insurance) and averages Frs 125.00 for 45 '.

Consultations are held every 1 to 3 sessions, with intervals of 10 to 20 days between each session. We also treat for prevention, and the pace is adapted to each patient.

It is advisable to wear comfortable, appropriate clothing.

Reactions of fatigue, stiffness and sometimes pain are described in the 24 to 48 hours following the consultation. Excessive physical activity should be avoided.
