This is my philosophy. If everything is "in flow", we feel well and can calmly master the daily challenges. As soon as the energy flow in our body is disturbed, we feel discomfort. Whether on the physical, mental or spiritual level. Therefore, it is important to strengthen our perception and thus activate self-healing. Craniosacral therapy is a journey inside! The very highest form of travel, because we find everything we are looking for within ourselves.

I have experienced the beneficial effects of craniosacral therapy on my own body. It helped me to finally conquer my chronic pain. Positive experiences on a physical, mental and emotional level have opened my eyes to the profession of craniosacral therapist and awakened the calling in me!
