German The goal of our work is to find out the underlying problem of each patient in order to be able to intervene adequately together with them. In cooperation with the partners of our network, consisting of physicians, osteopaths, nutritionists, trainers and (sports) psychologists, we are able to provide our patients with complex care. The established diagnosis leads to an appropriate intervention plan. Depending on the problem, this includes e.g.: Therapy or training programs. These programs are always tailor-made. Although we use standardized tests, measurements and treatments in our work, i.e. we work according to evidence-based guidelines, every person is unique and every body reaction is individual. - Physiotherapy as a core competence - We have been running our physiotherapy practice since 1996. Initially, it was known as "Physiotherapy Effingerstrasse" for 21 years. Since August 2016, we are newly located at Belpstrasse 11 under our new name "Applied Health Care". Our 15-member team is embedded in an interdisciplinary network consisting of specialists from various fields. Physiotherapy is our core competence. We strive to make a positive contribution to our health culture. We help to reduce absenteeism, prevent injuries, increase well-being and establish health awareness. Our work includes not only physical therapy treatment to relieve discomfort, but also preventative measures to improve your body's long-term performance.
