Craniosacral Therapy : Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, holistic and profound bodywork that stimulates and supports the self-healing powers. The treatment is based on the existing resources - not on symptoms or disease - and embraces the person as a whole. Health is an ongoing dynamic process to stay in balance. This takes place on a physical, mental and spiritual level. If this balance falters, we feel unwell, have pain or become ill. If we lack the resources to regulate this dissonance ourselves, we need support.

With trained hands the body structures and the inner movements of the system are perceived. The knowledge of anatomy and physiology, as well as the knowledge of the important processes in the body (stress, trauma, pain processing) form a fundamental basis of the work. With mindful presence and through touch, a dialogue on a physical, non-verbal level is created. This opens a deep therapeutic access and enables relaxation, self-knowledge, reorganization towards health, as well as the connection with one's own body intelligence.

Treatment: At the beginning I listen to you. You probably have a goal, expectations or desires that you want to get closer to through treatment. Through conversation, I try to get a clear picture of your current health and history. Together we will determine the focus of the treatment. For the bodywork, you will lie on a couch in comfortable clothing. The touch is gentle; the pressure is no more than the weight of my hand. With presence, mindfulness, patience and openness, I follow what your body will reveal to me. I am happy to accompany you on your path and look forward to getting to know you!
