Osteopathy is a holistic healing method that supports the body's inherent healing powers to achieve health. It is based on profound knowledge of anatomy, neurology, physiology, pathology and embryology.

Osteopathy views health as a "neutral state" of the body in which tissues can move and adapt free of tension. The body adjusts all vital functions in constant interaction with each other. Through a detailed anamnesis (questioning of the patient) and with the help of his trained hands, the osteopath diagnoses such dysfunctions. The treatment is carried out through gentle manual manipulations, the aim of which is to restore the natural balance and activate the body's own healing powers. In doing so, the osteopath does not treat diseases or complaints in isolation, but strives to support the whole organism and its health.
