The osteo-articular system includes the joints, muscles, fascia and tendons. The techniques used act directly on the structures of the musculoskeletal system. The visceral techniques act on the internal organs and indirectly influence the musculoskeletal system and breathing. The cranio-sacral system includes the mobile structure of the skull, sacrum, nervous system, meninges and cerebrospinal fluid. Treatment involves working with the corresponding bone structures or with the pulsation of cerebrospinal fluid. The power of cranio-sacral rhythm is important for our development and regulation of the whole organism. The expression of this force is palpable throughout the body as fine movement.
