My way of working

In therapy I work on the clothed body. Care, attentiveness and value freedom are the basis of my attitude towards your person. My attention is primarily focused on the influence that your bodily sensations have on your mental and spiritual well-being and vice versa. Together we can find out more about the connections that your life patterns, habits and beliefs have with your health condition.

With additional methods, such as process acupressure, the therapeutic dialogue, image journeys, simple body exercises, your self-awareness and thus your self-awareness is strengthened, which results in you being better able to deal with complaints, pain, disorders of all kinds. Your self-healing powers are activated.
